My Favorite Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

2 cups uncooked macaroni (any variety)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
small amount of Worchestershire sauce

1) Cook macaroni as directed on package.
2) Melt butter in pan.
3) Add flour and stir until mixed well.
4) Add small amounts of milk at a time and once all the milk is added, stir until mixture comes to a slight boil and thickens.
5) Remove from heat and add the shredded cheese.
6) Stir until creamy.
7) Add the macaroni and stir
8) You can add some cooked brocolli at this point (if desired)
9) Enjoy
